What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you type. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we keep the details you send so we can reply and, if you instruct us, produce a lift plan.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, quote for lift-planning work, and keep records that a lifting operation may require. We do not sell your details. We do not use them for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to deal with the job and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete a message that did not become a contract.

Cookies

This site stores a theme preference (light/dark) in your browser. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie for security. We do not run advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@ailiftingsolutions.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
