Lift plans for UK contractors
CPCS Appointed Person. £350 per plan, per one machine. VAT is not added.

Meet Aleksandrs Ivanovs
A CPCS A61-qualified Appointed Person. I have been in UK lifting since August 2012, around the time The Shard was finishing. The name AI Lifting Solutions has been around since then, well before AI became a buzzword. It is simply Aleksandrs Ivanovs.
Professional Summary
I write lift plans for UK contractors as a resident or non-resident Appointed Person. Tower, crawler, mobile, spider, gantry, telehandler, pick-and-carry, excavator as crane, hoists. Plans issued to BS 7121 and LOLER. CPCS A61, A62 and A40.
Services
Lift plans, reviews, RAMS, LOLER
Tower, mobile, crawler, telehandler, pick-and-carry, excavator as crane.
Lift Planning & Coordination
Written lift plans for tower, mobile, crawler, spider and gantry cranes. One machine, the lifts you list before issue.
LOLER & BS7121
Named Appointed Person on the plan. Written to LOLER and BS 7121 so the principal contractor can put it on the file.
RAMS Documentation
Risk assessment and method statement with the lift plan, for the lifts on that machine.
CPCS Certified
Holding A61 (Appointed Person), A62 (Crane Supervisor), and A40 (Slinger/Signaller). CPCS cards can be sent on request with a quote.
Lift plan review
Independent check of a lift plan already written. Written comments back. If you then want a new plan written, that is a separate job.
Emergency Response
Urgent lift plan when the information is already there. Same fee. WhatsApp first.
Fees
How to instruct me
Write a plan, or review one already written. VAT is not added.
£350
Write a lift plan, per one machine
- All lifts for that machine if you list them before issue and approval.
- Draft, your comments, then the approved plan.
- Can be done within 24 hours, as long as the information is there.
After you approve the plan, a new revision is another £350, even on the same machine. A second machine is another £350.
£150
Review an existing lift plan
- I read the plan you send and send written comments.
- This is a review, not a new plan and not a rewrite.
- If you then want me to write the plan, that is £350.
What I need from you
For a new plan
- GA or layout drawing.
- Certificates.
- Accessories that will be used.
- Any special requests.
For a review
- The lift plan as issued.
